The Newcastle Baking Show kicked off the year for BIA NSW regional shows and again as seen before the industry suport was great. With over 120 exhibitors this is always seen as a very good show.
The time honoured Bill Lewis Memorial Trophy for 2011 was taken out by Bakers Delight Bowral
The Arthur Dennison Champion Loaf of the Show was won Bakers Delight Bowral
The Bob Connell Champion Cake and Pastry was won by Janet Aislabie
