Port Macquarie Baking Show 8th June 2011 The Port Macqurie Baking Show has again proved succesful with over 70 bakeries and exhibitors being a part of this annual event. The Perpetual Trophy this year stayed with the locals and was won by Wayne Morrison from Bels Gordon Street Bakery in Port Macquarie.
