Wollongong Baking Show 2010

 

 

The 2010 Wollongong Baking Show, was conducted at the TAFE Illawarra campus function centre Foleys Rd Wollongong on Wednesday 12th May 2010.

 

The Show was heavily supported again with 88 Bakeries/Exhibitors and 376 pieces of product to judge.

So competition was tough!!!

Entries came from as far as Armidale, Warialdra and Wagga Wagga

The Wollongong show is reknowned for large entries in novelty cakes so this year was no different with the bar bering rasied even higher

 

The Craftsmans Perpetual Trophy class 40  was awarded to Queen St Bakery Wollongong.

Champion Loaf of the Show was awarded to Bakers Loaf at Warialdra

Champion Cake of the Show went to Danielle Mulhall of Delaneys Icing on the Cake in Wollongong

The Encouragement award for apprentices went to Alex Coluccio of Bakers Delight Corrimal
