Sydney Baking Show

The 2009 Sydney Baking Show was conducted at the Wawick Farm Racecourse in the Macquarie Room on Wednesday November 11.

Entries were a little down however competition was very close in some classes, unfortunately Geoff Germon was unable to secure his run on the perpetual trophies. Class 40 the Stewart Latter perpetual trophy was takne out by Stephen Albert from Brumbys at Inverell.

The show also seen the Championships for Bread and the Cake and Pastry for 2009 along with the TAFE Trophy.
