Tamworth Baking Show

This year the BIA NSW returned to New England area of Tamworth to host a baking show in conjunction with the Food Service Assoc NSW..

This gave everyone an oppurtuntiy to visit other food service industry suppliers and see whats new!

The show has been an outstanding success with over 90 exhibitors and 416 pieces of product to judge the region really got behind this show. It was also heavily supported by bakeries from Queensland,the south coast of NSW and surrounding areas. This provided good competition for everyone.

Congratulations to Sean Mahoney from Bingarra Bakehouse who won the inaugural New Engalnd Perpetual Trophy.

Cameron Falzon from Tamworth TAFE won the novelty cake class and the wedding cake class.
