Baking Shows
The B.I.A NSW continue to be more actively involved in the regional Baking Shows occurring all around NSW. Our Baking Shows receive much media coverage including two TV Networks, Magazines, Radio and Newspaper coverage. You too can get great advertising for your business, pick up lots of great prizes and it is a great way to encourage your Apprentices to show their skills

NSW Baking Shows Championship Awards
The BIA - NSW is proud to present this prestigious award that will be much sought after in the industry, The two champions who are selected will be entrants that have gained the most points in selected classes from either the Bread or Cake/Pastry sections from the six Baking Shows throughout the year.
