Baking Shows 2011

The BAA NSW regional Baking Shows will be occurring all around NSW again in 2011. Our Baking Shows receive much media coverage including TV Networks, Magazines, Radio and Newspaper coverage. You too can get great advertising for your business, pick up lots of great prizes and it is a great way to encourage your Apprentices to show their skills.

The NSW Baking Shows will have a new format and schedule for this year so please check the dates as all shows have been moved around.

2011 NSW Baking Shows Championship Awards
The BAA - NSW is proud to present this prestigious award that will be much sought after in the industry, The two champions are selected from entries that have gained the most points in selected classes from either the Bread or Cake/Pastry sections from the NSW Baking Shows throughout the year.
