The BAA NSW continues to attract much publicity with the NSW Regional Baking Shows. In 2011 the show circuit will take a change after again much demand.
The first show for the year will be at Newcastle on Wed 2nd March 2011 competition is strong at this show.
Each year the BAA Show committee attempt to offer a variety of classes to enter.Allowing the imagination to go wild with ideas for novelty bread or cakes.
Follow the circuit for the championship points in both bread and pastry classes.
