The BIA NSW continues to attract much publicity with the NSW Regional Baking Shows. In 2010 the show circuit will take a change after again much demand, some of the shows will be incorporated with Food Service trade shows, allowing the competitiors to visit the many foods stands while judging is carried out infront of the crowds that attend these events.
The first show for the year will be at Wagga Wagga on Wed 17th March 2010 due to the succes of the 2009 show we look forward to seeing everyone at Wagga.
Each year the BIA Show committee attempt to offer a variety of classes to enter.Allowing the imagination to go wild with ideas for novelty bread or cakes.
Follow the circuit for the championship points in both bread and pastry classes.
The Shows also offer the schools a section to enter to increase the awareness of the industry
