The BIA NSW continues to attract much publicity with there regional baking shows. In 2009 the show circuit will take a change after much demand and in September the BIA NSW will host the Wagga Wagga Baking show. To be held at the TAFE Wagga Wagga Campus
Each year the BIA Show committee attempt to offer a variety of classes to enter.Allowing the imagination to go wild with ideas for novelty bread or cakes.
Follow the circuit for the championship points in both bread and pastry classes.
The Shows also ofer the schools a section to enter to imnctaese the awareness of the industry
