2011 NSW Baking Shows Championship Awards

 


The Baking Industry Association (NSW Employers) is proud to once again hold the 2011 NSW Baking Shows Championship Awards. This is a prestigious award that will be much sort after in the industry.

The two Champions will be entrants from either the Bread categories or Cake & Pastry categories from the BIA NSW Baking Shows through out the year.

The BIA NSW Baking Shows will have certain classes chosen in each show that the contestant will be able to enter. The classes selected are two from the Bread section and two from the Cake & Pastry section in each Baking Show.

The 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners of the classes allocated in each show are totaled at the consecutive Baking Shows for the year.

The Classes chosen for the Championships in each BIA NSW Baking Show will be unique to each show and will be high-lighted on each Baking Show entry form with an icon next to the class.

Entrants can just enter the Bread section or just the Cake & Pastry section or the entrant may wish to enter both Bread & Cake & Pastry sections.

Criteria for entry : the entrant must enter under an individual name as a Baker or Pastry Chef/Cook not just the Bakery / Patisserie name.
