An OHS management system has been developed by the Baking Industry Association, in conjunction with Work Cover Australia as an interactive 'do-it-yourself' structured framework of guides, checklists, forms and templates. This allows individual bakeries and patisseries like you to effectively implement and maintain appropriate OHS practices and systems.
