QUINTY ON THE RUN AT WAGGA WAGGA
Official Opening of Quinty on the Run Wagga Wagga was held Saturday July 18th. Tania and Paul are adding to their passion in the baking world, they already have Qunitys Bakehouse just outside Wagga Wagga. The Mayor of Wagga Wagga Clr Kerry Pascoe attended the official opening and stated "that it was thru their professionalism the business at Uranquinty has allowed the city of Wagga Wagga to appreciate their products everyone in Wagga Wagga is delighted to have Quinty on the run in town."

BECK'S BAKERY BATHURST
On the 4th July The BIA NSW along with Kerry Pinnacle, J L Stewart and Son, A B Mauri and of course the Kerry Pinnacle Dicky Donut ventured to Becks Bakery at Bathurst.
Peter and Carmel Neubeck are the proud new owners of the bakery in George St Bathurst, although no strangers to the industry Peter and Carmel already have a bakery in west Bathurst.
The day included some free samples and demonstrations on Gluten Free Bakery products from Tom Kennedy of A B Mauri. The BIA NSW provided luckey door prizes with 2 tickets to this years NRL Grand Final the local radio station 2BS supplied accomodation to go with the tickets.
Mayor of Bathurst Councillor Paul Toole presented a small plaque to Peter, Carmel and the Staff on behalf of the baking industry and the people of Bathurst.
